How to change dress animation in iclone?
Suppose default bikini to shirt to coat pant etc.

Realistically you will need to do this in post editing or with some camera trickery.
So for example you could create a separate projects where the character is posing in each item of clothing and render these to video. Then in a video editor you could use transitions such as fades and join all the clips together.
Alternatively in iClone you could have your character walk behind a dressing screen in project 1 and then have them walk out from behind the dressing screen wearing a new outfit in project 2 and so on.
