Hi, i download the character creator 3 free trial and after downloading it if I open it, it won't open and I get the following error. I need help to fix this problem I have looked and I have not found a solution to this problem anywhere

This can be caused by incompatible hardware or outdated graphics drivers. Please let us know your full system specifications including graphics card. Thanks.
