We will  try to get this fixed as soon as possible. In the meantime, please use the following workaround: 1.Go to the folder where iClone 7 is installed and find the "Bin64" folder (eg. C:\Program Files\Reallusion\iClone 7\Bin64) 2. Find & copy the file "RLMemberWebService.dll",  and then paste it into the ... \iClone 7\I3DXBin64" folder. 3. Launch iClone again. By Kelleytoons - 5 Years Ago I will say this - the RL hub is more or less broken for me.  It works... sort of.  Part of the problem is it will NOT work if your screen resolution is 150%, which for this old blind guy is.  So perhaps it didn't do a very latest update (it DID update a few days ago, but not since).   Also -- both iClone and CC3 warn me every single time they can't connect to the Smart Gallery.  No big loss, as I hate that stupid software, but clearly there is something wrong (one thing might be that I run a VPN.  Again, I couldn't care less about Dumb Gallery but the fact there is a consistent error might mean the RL products are wonky on my machine.  I'd be a lot more concerned except I have a brand new computer coming in about a month and I'll be starting from scratch.  Once again.  Sigh.).
