Hey guys. I need your help. Does anyone know how much they usually pay to create a 2D character for subsequent animation like this https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GuQGrPhUEPQ ? And how long does it take to create? I will be very grateful for your help

There are lots of factors involved in character creation. An exclusive character will cost a lot more than a none exclusive character. Characters can take up to 50 hours depending on the amount of details. Prices will vary depending on the designer. You can pay up to $1000 USD for an exclusive character.

However, the best talent pool of developers you can reach out to is this page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/CartoonAnimatorUsers run by Chris Meyer-White. A large group of talented, helpful developers and animators. Post your request on there and Im sure you will get someone qualified reaching out. Best of luck.
