problems with iclone 7.9 and CC3.4 update

HI I have recently had a crash whilst in CC3.4. I tried to uninstall it and reinstall it manually and via Hub but it come up with an error message i dont understand. I think it may have something to do with when I purchased Iclone 7 and CC3 it was later updated and therefore the installer I have for CC3 is for 3.2 but it was later updated to 3.4. I have searched everywhere for hidden files etc and made sure all my content is removed from the default reallusion folder (templates, Custom etc).

can anyone please help. Support centre is dismally slow and I only get one day a week to work on my hobby so I have lost a complete weekend trying to sort this problem out.

done that still waiting for reply. 

Although got past that error message, now i get another. And before you ask....I reinstalled iclone 7 twice already, didnt make any difference.
And resubmitted yet another support ticket.

Have you tried updating your graphics drivers? Outdated drivers can prevent iClone or CC from launching after an update.

Check with Nvidia or AMD to see if newer drivers are available. Updating the drivers may well resolve the problem for you.
