It's about installing the free trail version
"module initialize failed please re install reallusion hub " error so I found the instal file
C:\Users\Test\AppData\Local\Reallusion\RLDownloads 
I'm trying to proceed with the installation.
I want to use the free trail version, but I can't because they asked for the serial number when I installed it.
I just want to use trail version before I buy it.

Do make sure you have installed the Reallusion Hub. If you are not sure you can check by going to Start > Reallusion and see if the Hub is there.

If it isn't installed, you can download and install the Reallusion Hub from the page below.

Reallusion Hub

Once installed, open up the Hub and sign in with your Reallusion Account.

Now you will see all our trial versions listed in the Hub. Just click to install the trial you want (you will not need a serial number for trial versions).

I'm having the same issue -- the Trial won't install and shuts down. If I can't try it on my system, I hesitate to buy,,,

Which trial are you trying to install?

To help us better understand the problem, please explain in as much detail as possible the steps you are taking and what happens when you try to install. If you get any error messages appear, please take a screenshot and post it so we can see what is happening. Please also tell us your full system specifications including graphics card. Thanks.
