I can not save and publish any new Package on MarketPlace. What happened?

Please can you explain more about the problem. What exactly happens when you try to upload to your store. Do you get an error message of some kind?

The fact of the matter is that nothing happens. The server freezes and that's it. Nothing is saved or published. And this is the case with all new content packs.
