I was having no issues for many months of using iClone 7 when all of a sudden everything slowed down and I received an error message (not sure exactly what it said but something about "freeze" and "restart iClone.") I closed iClone and restarted and was still having issues so I shutdown my pc and restarted. Now I'm having the issues with the attached before-and-after images. When I scroll the mouse wheel to zoom in, the hair becomes distorted and you can see the scalp. Can anyone tell me what might be causing this?
 
This is the error message. I just got it again.
