How do I keep my character's hair from colliding with her backpack?

Here is how. Scale the capsule to approximate shape of the backpack as in video.
Make sure to always start your main animation after 60 -100 frames to have physics settle first.
I forgot, at the end set the capsule as Dummy in Modify Properties.
