As you can see the screenshot in the attachment when I add dummy character or any character to stage, I only can see the blank stage with nothing.Why?

You have the Render Settings set to "Minimal". Try setting it to "High".

Looks to me as if GPU crash. Check / update your GPU drivers.

I agree with you, maybe GPU crash.
My display adapters are Intel Graphic 3000 and NVIDIA GeForce GT 635M, are they outdated?

Yeah, none of them would work with iClone. You definitely need a GPU upgrade. Or maybe even new computer to avoid CPU/GPU bottlenecks.
