First time noob user here. I was trying to export a character made in Character Creator 3 to an obj file so that I can then upload this character to mixamo to do the animation.
However, it seems all the characters I export from Character Creator 3 having their eyes turned white.
Anything I can try to fix this?
Thanks!

I find a hack fix by delete eyeocclusion.
Eyes somehow now shows up in blender.
But, it feels not the right way to do it.
Is there any better way to fix this issue?

They work fine in older versions of Blender but not the 2.90+ ones. I cannot find the reason or the solution either..

Isn't this just a texture transparency issue?

I guess your in Eevee render mode.
Select eyeocclusion in object mode > Material tab > Select std_eye_occlusion_r (and l) > Settings > Change Blend Mode from Opaque to Alpha Blend.
Same goes for Hair, Eyelash and Tearline.

When using Cycles render the transparency is already setup correctly.

I'm not a regular Blender user, but I also seems to remember that the renderer needed to be set to Cycles while importing. At least, the render setting had an influence. Correct if I'm wrong...Unsure

@Animagic There is no option for importing objects to Cycles or EEVEE in Blender. You can change the type of render on the fly in the Blender-file.
While the material settings are correctly setup in Cycles (which you can even adjust further more), you must change some settings for use in EEVEE to be displayed properly.

The issue with the Eye Occlusion not working in Blender 2.91 but working in 2.90 stems from the Eye Occlusion shader connections.
If you re-route the Alpha channel from the BSDF shader to the Color output instead of the Alpha output of the Opacity map it will correct the issue.
The same issue also applies to the Eyelashes.

Blender 2.90 routes the BSDF Alpha to the image Color channel which must have been a bug since in 2.91 the BSDF Alpha channel is routed to the image Alpha channel.

I tested FBX cc3  exported in all 3D software including Marvelouss, Unreal Engine, Lumion, Fuse &... But unfortunately the problem of not showing the pupils was obvious in all of them. It is really a big Defect for CC3 software
