Realistic game character workflow and CC3, how much can it speed it up?

Hello, I'm a newbie 3D artist. I'm good at sculpting but just barely got into game ready character workflow. So, since I barely know the workflow I was curious about how helpful CC3 can be.

Let's say my workflow goes like this:
- Sculpt the character.
- Add clothing via Marvelous Designer.
- Retopo the clothing and the character.
- UV unwrap and texture the clothing and the character.
- Create game viable hair.
- Rigging.

So, if i had CC3 would my workflow be;
- Prepare the proportions in CC3, then bring it in zBrush, sculpt details.
- Add clothing via MD.
- Conform the low poly mesh from CC3. (Or do i still need to retopo?)
- Texturing (If the above question is no. I guess I don't need to UV unwrap.)
- Create the hair.
Is it already rigged?

Sorry if this is confusing, since I'm a beginner, I might have asked some silly questions. Ultimately my question is, can i use CC3 to avoid retopology and rigging while using the base mesh from it for sculpting base?
If I can, is there any tutorial for how this workflow goes?

Hi...

Character Creator 3 avatars are fully rigged and ready to be animated.

Clothing can be brought in from Marvellous Designer, but you can also import clothing from almost any source including the clothing from the massive Daz3D library. If you want pre-made clothing we have a large library of outfits in the Content Store.

Once you have created your character it can be converted to a game ready character or you can set various levels of detail as required.

Hair can't be created in CC3 (not yet but new hair features are coming). However, you can easily import hair just like clothing or purchase pre-made hair styles from the Content Store.
