If you scroll down you'll see a REQUIRED BASE CONTENT???
What is this??? why is it in my custom character and automatically required when someone purchases my character? how do I get rid of this?

I don't have anything from CTA4 (I don't have the program), but when I go to your page I see under Base content required for full functionality: G3 360 Face Tool.
So you may have inadvertently used that tool.

That's what is so confusing. I need to get that requirement removed, as it makes no sense.

I've checked everything in my customer character, there is nothing there that suggests any use of anything from the 360 head tool

I probably opened it up once after buying it, but found it confusing at best, so I bagged it. What do I need to do REALLUSION so my customer characters are not requiring that package, as it states it's unavailable when you click on it.
