Live link source device not connected

Hi All,
I recently took the plunge and installed unreal although I'm having issues getting a connection.
I've followed the install guide to create the link but when I open live link plug in and try to link to iclone instead of seeing "receiving" next to the ic live link I'm getting device not connected. I've checked everything on both sides and can't figure it out. Anyone encountered this?

Have you tried restarting your pc?
