Hello Friends, I trying to figure out to set a object with respect to a character.
For this experiment I got a blue circle and a character with hand ready for the object.
The problem is that no matter what I do, that object is always behind the character.
I will like to put the object on his hand, can some one give me some clues?

You can try top view in the view port (short cut: "G"); that should help you with placement.

Well, like you said, that's just to look from the top.

Click on the object. Link (or attach) the object to the character's hand (either click on the hand or select the hand from the subnode menu). Open up the link to subnode menu and select position. Hit ok. Now you can unlink (or unattach) if you wish. You can make changes to the position using the rotate or move gizmos and the will stay relative to the hand if they remain linked or attached.
There is an align tool but I dont think it lets you select character bones instead using the pivot point.
