All it says is Submission Failed.

That is about as useful as no error at all.

I figured it out. It said Jpg for the cover.

Is there a way to edit a submission.

I realized the WIP was the same for both because it cached the fields when I hit back.

Actually I don't need to edit I had done the entry correctly, but I would like to know if my real name can be changed to my Reallusion User Name.

I didn't realize my submission would reveal my identity.
