The most difficult thing in this matter turned out to be to solve several issues: the issue with the bones, as well as the closed eyes of the original head model.
But with the help of CC3 tools, all these issues were resolved very quickly.

Then I transferred the textures, corrected them, corrected the body. As a result, I got this character. I also added some extra detailing with skingen.

I started creating hair, while for the first character, I think that one of the three I will leave bald, the other I will also do the hair. 
I made hair in Maya using xgen, then exported everything to UE4
