I've purchased hair from the marketplace, and after running the installation process and syncing my smart gallery in Character Creator, the hair doesn't show up anywhere in my CC.
Any help finding where it was installed and instructions on how to access it would be greatly appreciated.

If you install an item using the regular installer (not via Smart Gallery), it will open a read-me file telling you where the item is located.
Some older assets will not show up in Smart Gallery, so you will need to look for them in the Content Manager under CC Hair or Hair:
What is the item? I may have it and could tell you where it is.
