I don't understand why some of my sliders are colored purple and add a watermark onto my character. I don't remember this being the case before I did the latest update with SkinGen. As far as I know I've purchased everything. Examples of purple sliders that add a watermark are: Nostril Hole Scale, Nose Septum Depth, Downturned Eye A, etc. etc.
It's annoying... why would I want a watermark on anything? Any help would be appreciated.
The FAQ doesn't provide the answer. It is located here: https://kb.reallusion.com/General/50455/How-to-resolve-a-watermark-issue

Hi...
Try going to Help > Activate Entire Library in CC3 while connected to the internet. This will ensure that all your purchased content is correctly activated and will hopefully resolve the problem.

Thank you for your response. I attempted that already (it was in the FAQ). Based on which sliders are purple, would you be able to tell me what it thinks that I'm missing? I appreciate any help.

Hi Jeremy
The morphs you mention are originally from the CC Essentials Morph & Skin pack and are also now included and updated in the Ultimate Morphs pack.
If you had the CC Essentials Morph & Skin pack installed previously, do make sure you have updated these to the latest version. Please see the page below for instructions on updating.
https://www.reallusion.com/smartgallery/default.html#update
If you then continue to have problems, please can you contact our Technical Support department. They should be able to check everything is activated correctly at our end. Thanks.

I just reinstalled the pack that you said the sliders were from and it seems to have eliminated the purple sliders/watermark. Thank you for your help.
