I am getting very frustrated. My character's legs still don't move right when she is running. She just slides across the scene only moving her legs once. I upped the speed to 150% and exaggeration to 125%. When I originalyl asked about this problem I was told because I didn't have enough video memory so I bought a new computer with L3 cache, 6 cores) + NVIDIA® GeForce RTX™ 2060 w/Max-Q design (6 GB).
Do I need to just keep upping the speed? I can't buy another computer again. Thank you, Lorraine

Did you try the Quick or Minimal shader for the project to check the animation? That may help.
You have a fairly large project (over 1M triangles) and although 6GB is OK it would have been better to get a card with more VRAM.

All walk/run motions are not built the same. Some have both motion (legs moving) and movement (translation). Some have only motion and you provide the start/end points (translation). It sounds like maybe the run motion you chose only does has motion for one cycle -- check on the timeline to see how long the animation is. If is fairly short (<30? frames) it's probably only doing one cycle. Click and drag on the end of the animation clip in the timeline to copy/extend the animation. If that fixes the running portion you will need to adjust either the start/end position (if time is fixed) or start/end times (if length is fixed) to get realistic stride length and minimize sliding.
