I have the Perception Neuron and Faceware bundle for iClone. Can this profile also be used with Cartoon Animator? Or Do you have to buy 2d profile?

It can't be used for Cartoon Animator, but the good news is you WILL get the Cartoon Animator plugin for free. You will have to ask RL for it, though (try a service request -- I think that's how I got mine).
