Hello,
I'll be very happy to can use an HDRi Sky timelapse on Iclone, but I don't see if it's possible, somebody knows more?
Here's one on free download if you like to try, but it's big to download.

The HDRi slot only takes image files, although you can use multiple images and then use key frames to switch.
For a video you could try to use a sky dome prop and then use the HDRi as a video texture. The provided format may be a problem though as that would need to be regular video.

Thank you animagic, this timelapse sky (and some other I saw on internet) are done with multiple images (EXR files).
Ok, I understand, I've just to do a test with "Add new IBL clip" it works fine, thank you :)
