Does Poser 2010 Pro import/export fbx. files?
no, Poser and DAZ prefer Collada DAE
If not, can I import poser created characters into Daz using CR2.
it ist no problem for DAZ Studio 3 to import Poser 2010 Pro files.
then export them via Daz fbx. export plug-in into 3DX4 Pro fully rigged?

I still have some issues with the FBX plug-in for DAZ.
There is probably a video that shows the way to do this.
the export to Collada is on Daz very good and very fast.
With Poser Pro 2010, it takes more time and the results are not always useful.
3DS MAX import DAE properly. There you can possibly reproduce the results.
The export of 3DS MAX to FBX and import 3DX4 Pro goes much faster than the MAX plugin for iClone
