Hi...

Is the character and materials you are trying to send to ZBrush default content or content purchased from the Content Store or Marketplace?

If the latter do you have the required export license version for that content?

If it's default content, then please can you report it in the Feedback Tracker or contact Technical Support if the problem is seriously hindering your workflow.

Thanks.

RL should really rethink this whole Export License thing.

If you are just doing a round trip, as going to Z-brush, it doesn't really make sense to require an export License. On top of that, some content doesn't even have an export license so you are stuck in that case.

I can see it making sense when you are actually using the models in another 3D application such as a game, but for things like rendering in say Unreal or Blender, there should be another option.

So true! For so long it has need bugging a lot of people including myself. You want to fix/customize a small issue outside of RL suite and you can't.
Not to mention that for props and lcoth you actually CAN :). There is a loophole, which allows to override an export license making it totally useless attribute to purchased items - just annoying that you have to waste time for extra routine :ermm:

Thank you for the feedback. The content team will take this into consideration when reviewing our future export license policy.
