Adjust project FPS

This is such a trivial thing I'm baffled it isn't implemented. Being able to set a project to 20 or 15fps and reduce workload instead of just exporting at a lower frame rate would be amazing.

I would much rather work with 3400 frames instead of 5400, especially for more movement intensive projects.

Apologies but I'm puzzled. Can you explain how reducing engine frame rate in CTA4 would reduce workload? A 5 minute project will still be 5 minutes long be it 5fps or 60fps. Low frame rates will just make the animation less smooth and appear jerky. This is why in gaming everyone wants higher frame rates for a smoother experience. It's very rare to have anyone ask for slower frame rates. Wink

Not engine, but project frame rates.

I work on some projects that require plenty of motions required to be made on 1's and 2's that last several seconds each. Working in 15 frames per second reduces the amount of single frame motions needed to complete the action. A 5 second action on 1's would take 75 individual frames at 15 fps instead of 150 individual frames for the same result.  Using individual frames/objects is sometimes necessary, even with software that works with mostly tweening.

Gating a project to be worked on 30fps only and be downgraded on render really kills my love of this software among other key features it doesn't have.

Aimkid makes animations at 19 fps and his stuff is as smooth as butter because he knows how to animate. 30 fps isn't always better.
