I am going to set out all the steps I am going to take to create a Cartoon woman. You can also see the process in my artstation And follow me on instagram to follow everything I do.
 It's a character design based on a real person, I made a colour scheme to not go too far from the cartoon concept.
 All the models have been created with 3d Maya and passed through zbrush. The textures are completely made in substance painter except for the sole of the shoes which is a normal zbrush map and the dress (which is obviously still not textured). The shoes and the bag have been renamed with Vray.

 Here you can see that the most commonly used modifier is skull augmentation in addition to shortening the joints. You can also see the first test of textures with Vray render.
