Hello,
Could anybody tell me if I'd be able to run Iclone and Character Creator on the laptop whose specs are in the attached .jpg image? Would you need additional information? I only need it for making animations, not for gaming, if that makes any difference.
Also, if it's compatible, is there a discount for existing users? I already have iclone on a windows desktop.

For satisfactory performance, you need a dedicated GPU from Nvidia (preferred) or AMD.
Checking the specs of your CPU, I find that it has an integrated Intel graphics processor, which will not work for graphics-intensive tasks such as iClone and CC.

Ignore the Minimum Requirements listed as they will perhaps allow you to open the application but not do much else (they should be removed).
As to your other question, one license allows you to install on two systems, so you wouldn't need a separate license for your laptop.

Just to elaborate a bit (the post above is 100% correct) - the best way to think of a laptop for iClone is you need a high-end gaming laptop. Most such WILL have an NVidia card in them (at the minimum you want a 1070 nowadays) and be VERY large machines (and $$$ -- as a very general rule, such laptops will be at least twice as expensive as a desktop that could run iClone).
For example, I have an MSI gaming laptop with a 1060 in it and while I *can* run iClone on it it doesn't run well. But there are exceptions -- the new Dell i15 with the NVidia 1650 TI card does work adequately and is very slim and light (and not that expensive - I paid less than 2K for it and it's pretty fully equipped).
