Looking into the new character creator release and wondering if the characters come with, ahem, genitals (like Daz anatomical elements), or if they are available for purchase as a separate item.

RL supplied characters do not come with genitalia. There are some options in the marketplace but you will need to search and then check "restricted content " to see the more risque content.
