Edit Motion Layer Panel not working

As we were working on manual animation when i click 'Edit Motion Layer' not opening the edit motion panel. it is activating Link Icon, This is a new problem, as we had been working on this without issue till yesterday.Please see below attached imagehttps://forum.reallusion.com/uploads/images/3a5428a4-d155-487b-acfd-d7da.jpg

Could it be that your character is not an iavatar but a Prop (obj)?
whitout a RIG

It could possibly be off screen. Try increasing screen resolution if you can, move the panel to the center and restore resolution.

I think you're right, I said something stupid, because if it was a Prop the "Edit Motion Layer" option wouldn't appear.
Sorry, but I'm not wide awake yet.

1. The Link button should become active when the Character is selected. 
2. The Link button should be changed to inactive when the Edit Motion Layer is selected.

My observation: The Link button in your attached image is inactive, that means you selected the Edit Motion Layer already.
My guess:  The Edit Motion Layer panel must be moved outside of your screen somehow and not visible.

Please try changing the screen resolution tentatively by Mouse left click on the screen to display the Edit Motion Layer inside the screen again.

With a single click the panel is displayed, but with a double click the panel is displayed and then disappears.
Maybe that's the problem ... the double click...
