Eyeballs moving - but no keyframes present!

Hi everyone,

I'm animating a character and trying to control the movement of the eyes - the only issue is, at one point in my timeline, the eyes seem to move on their own - even though there's no corresponding keyframe of any kind!  If I add keyframes to the (Eyeball(R/L) timeline section, it works fine, until I get to the point where there's the pre-existing eye movement, then it seems like that movement that already exists (wherever it's coming from) keeps interfering with the keyframes I set and the eyes keep drifting back to the other position.

Again, there's no keyframes at all on the timeline at this point (other than visemes) - anyone have any idea where this eyeball movement might be coming from?

Thanks!

You don't have Look-at enabled by chance?

Thanks for the reply. I don't, unfortunately.

I'll assume if you deleted all animation from the avatar it would disappear?

Yes. If I delete all of the animation, the eye movement goes away.

Looks like facial ghost keys. I was struggling with them in iClone 6. Now looks like they are back.
iClone 7 has mote tools to deal with ghost keys.
Try to Sample and Flatten Expression track. See if that helps. Maybe couple of times.
Or maybe Sample it and the select unwanted keys with Ctrl and delete them.

Thank you, I'll give that a try.

Disappointing to have to work around such a bug, but c'est la vie...

Worst case scenario you can create a ticket and they'll let you send your project to them, and they'll surely find the issue.
