Hello friends, I had been ready and watching some videos that had help me a lot.
But there is one thing that is not clear, and I don't even know if possible.
Let me give you and idea:
You load / import a OBJ Hat lets say.
You moved, set it etc.
But the hat is too big for the head.
How can I make or re-size the object to fit the character?

As long as it is a separate object you can resize it, just as you can reposition it. It can also be an accessory, but not cloth:
