Hi

On this page https://www.reallusion.com/iclone/3d-character.html#edition-comparison
It seems to indicate that SkinGen Premium, Headshot, Iray are included.

On this page https://www.reallusion.com/character-creator/download.html
It says I can download the free trial of Iray and Headshot but also seems to indicate Skingen Premium is included

On the sale page for CC3 Pipeline it refers to CC3+ updates and Skingen Editor

If you click either of the first two links and then click skingen premium it talks about including a set of tools
and at the bottom mentions an ultimate bundle but doesn't say whether it is included or just an ad

So what I would like to know is what exactly do I get when buying CC3 Pipeline
Is it skingen premium or just an editor? Can I import textures with that editor or not?
Are the additional items at the bottom of the skingen premium page included as there doesnt seem to be a separate page just for it.

Thanks I'm looking forward to a Reallusion rep response.

Hey Jimbo,

The following page will tell your exactly what's included in each CC3 package.

Skin gen is available for free in every one. Skin gen premium is only included in the last 2. Sorry for the prices being cut off, phone screen isn't big enough. But you can check out the link yourself

Skingen comparison of free vs premium can be found here.

https://www.reallusion.com/character-creator/digital-human-skin-morph.html

So basically skingen premium is not included in pipeline. Only the free version is.

While I appreciate your reply that still does not answer my question as to why skingen premium is in the comparison of products as show in the two links provided.
That is assuming the tick indicates that it is included.

The disparity between the comparison pages and the sales page is incredibly confusing.

While I appreciate your reply this still does not explain why when you click the edition comparisons on any of those packages
it takes you to a list where CC3+ is $199 and if you go down the list it shows Skingen Premiumas included in the price.

Also ticked are Headshot and Iray.

It is totally confusing and if they wanted to be clear the comparison page should explain what is in each purchase level.

Well, your question was what is in the CC3 pipeline? Which I have answered, and provided you links to see for yourself what is included.

You get a standard free version of Skingen included in CC3 Pipeline.

You do not get skingen premium by default unless you pay for it, or by the corresponding software package that includes it. As it is a "paid" add-on.

The comparisons show that the plugins are compatible and work in those versions.

Not presuming to do jimbobaggins' thinking for him or her, I suspect s/he's saying something that has crossed my mind as well when buying some RL products. The "lawyer language" intended or not misleads customers into buying a product that isn't what they think it  is. It's similar to buying a LARGE box of cereal, bringing it home, and when you open it, discover the box is only half full if that. It won't hurt RL to phrase things for better clarity. Being a bit flippant now, RL = Reallusion, not Reel-in-Lawyers.
