I got water splash mov video while which has black background and I tried to use chroma key to got transparent background but it doesn't seem work, anybody know a way to achieve it? any help would be appreciated.

To chromakey you need the background to be in a distinct color like green or blue. Black is not a good choice for chromakeying.
