missing Files

Hey, i bought iClone 2 days ago, i normaly used only CC3.
i opend up my character as everyday, this i didnt haved touched since the iClone install, so i upend up and this was prompting up in front...
i searched the folder they need, but its gone ?! does this anything to do with iClon installation, did this overwrite something ?!

If you suddenly have missing files then this is likely an issue where you have inadvertently moved some content, or some change on your computer has removed files. In rare cases it can be because of a virus so it is always worth running regular full system virus scan just in case.

To resolve the problem you may find it quicker and easier to uninstall and then reinstall Character Creator 3 again using the Reallusion Hub. If possible allow CC3 to install the default locations which will reduce the chances of missing file errors appearing and it will be easier for us to help you locate your content if you are unfamiliar with where it is stored.
