I’ve reached out to Rokoko about this but haven’t heard back, also haven’t found anything on their forums.
Hoping someone here might have come across it
The studio doesn’t give me wifi settings when I click on configure. Just shows up a bar and stays there. I’ve rebooted program, computer and reinstalled it.

Connect the smartsuit via the provided usb and then you will be able to put the WIFI settings.
