Are you using 4.25 and is the CC/Auto live link turned on?

I might be wrong but your screenshot does not show the Auto Setup Version 1.04 (Release Date: 2020-06-08) installed

I get the same "warning" but all is working fine here , I guess it has something to do with the frame rate linking. But I don't have your Error , "CCLiveLink_Blueprint_C is not valid" , why "C" ?
Also, when you transfer the Character via LL , you have to select your CC Character and tick the CC Setup afterwards to convert the shaders , when you import via fbx you don't have to do that.
Did you try "Apply Blueprint To Selected Character" under "IClone Live Link" for the Character that you imported via FBX ? Do you get the same Error then?
