I hope I'm not posting this in the wrong area. I've been working on this project for the last couple of years and I finally finished it today! It's called "Pretty Girl," by Letter the Same (my boyfriend's band).
I posted it to YouTube and it is very blurry. I made the animation in Cartoon Animator (and CrazyTalk Animator) and then assembled the clips in Premiere Pro. If anyone has any tips on how to make this look better on YouTube, I'd be so grateful.

It's showing max resolution as 240p, that is why it's blurry.
I believe you need to change the output settings on Premiere Pro to a higher resolution and export it again.
