Hello RL I have another problem with the content download (it's the same one I've reported before) I bought 2 parts in the content shop today and wanted to install it via Content.Downloader (I don't like the Smart Gallery) I get the following error message
 I tried version 2.29 first. It did not work I then updated it to 2.30 (as suggested by the HUB). I got the error message again. Then I deleted the downloader as suggested by Peter and reinstalled 2.29. The same error message
 What else can I do ????

Hi Postfrosch
Sorry to hear you are still having problems with the Content Downloader.
As this is an ongoing issue, please can you contact Technical Support and let them have your RLDownloaderMgr.log. This should help them find the problem.
You can find the log in the location below.
C:\Users\(UserName)\Documents\RLDownloaderMgr.log

Hi Peter, I was able to download and install this morning. I deleted the downloader, then shut down the PC and restarted. Then I reinstalled Downloader 2.29 and updated it to 2.30 via HUB. Then I tried4 installing the purchased content again. The content can now be downloaded and installed. If the error occurs again, I will contact the support and submit the log file.
