You can follow this video to export the sequence images and json file to the After Effect and through the AE script to import the json.
You will see the CTA objects into the After Effect.



When you exporting the CTA project as sequence images and json, you can refer this video to import the json into the After Effect.
How to setup the CTA launcher of jsx to the AE script:

The new AE plugin can be use from 2020 to CS6 version.
About AE effects, There’s some video help you to build motion blur or camera shake. 
Camera moves, this section is bring from CTA that you set before, therefore when you work in AE， there are much detail can modify here, like shake.
