Dear CTA + AE Talents


First of all, the entire CTA team would like to thank you for joining the CTA4.3 Beta.
At the beginning of CTA 4.3, AE plugin development, our mind set was simple. 
We wanted to connect CTA to Adobe After Effects for post production to enrich the animation results.
However, we soon found out that AE were adopted at different stages of creation by different users and our method can not speak for all.

So, we turned to our users to hear what they want the most in this AE plugin.
What we seek in this Beta is feedback from true AE users.
By providing us your knowledge, you will be crafting a CTA to AE pipeline perfect for yourself.

Before starting this Beta, here are a few things you must know first.

Time/Duration: from now on to end of June, 2020 
Main purposes:
  • Suggestions (Based on your own work flow)
  • Report bugs
  • Create showcases


Finally, as for how to report a bug or suggestion, JUST POST A TOPIC STARTING WITH BUG or

SUGGESTION, we will locate it.

Was looking forward to testing this out but there is no information on how to install or setup the Beta version? There is no .exe in the CA 4.3 folder and I'm not sure how to run it?
Some direction on this would be helpful.

Hi Hayzie, 
You can execute the bin64/CApp Pipeline.exe directly if you have installed CTA4.1.

The .txt file within the AE zip file states the following:

2. Paste both CTALauncher.jsx and CAScene.jsxinc in it.

The CTALauncher.jsx is in the folder although the CAScene file does not exist.

Hey Gerry,
This was mentioned in one of the other threads....

"Only need CTALauncher.jsx file and it will work.
CAScene.jsx is merged to CTALauncher.jsx now."

the latest vertion of the after effect to cartoon animtor4 plugin is full of bugs!!! the camera n the charecter are flying all around ... maybe someone can tell how can i gett the old vertion of the AF to CTA4 plugin vertion 9.11.1 ?
