Hi.
I have searched for this feature by topics but could not find anything useful.. However, i found a post on feedbacktracker ( Issue 5269 ) about this feature from 2018?! , and one that seemingly exist in iClone 7 ( i have not confirmed this yet)  This feature would save a lot of time not having to keep activating the gizmo each time another bone is selected with the mouse.

Having to activate either Translate / Rotate by hotkeys each and every time feels more like a tedious bug than that it's not implemented.

How much of the feedbacktracker is actually monitored?

The picker in my opinion should focus on the more advanced stuff like posing fingers and setting the various modes for IK/FK.. Even to have a finger-posing add-on here ( like the one for iclone found in the contentstore).. Being able to save fngerposes here would feel very intuitive and enhance the workflow.

p.s I'm using a big Cintiq 24 UHD with the reallusion tools and even if i find this slightly more natural it would get even smoother to work with if the gizmo could stay active..

Greetings.

I got a notification when you commented on my Feedback Tracker entry.  Thank you.

I like your idea of a "combination" rotation/translation gizmo.  I am imagining that the translation arrows are longer than the radius of the rotation circles, like in this picture:

Hello there.
Yes.. Blender has this option to add all gizmos at one time but doing it straight like that has a drawback in that it get's very cluttered while zoomed in.. But the idea looks something like that.  i think either the arrow heads could be made thicker or at least easier to grab and put them on the outer rings for each axis and ditch the lines going into the center  maybe elongate the 3 squares outwards in each axis to  lean against the rings.. Maybe this would be possible if the Python API was available in CC3 too.. I have so many cool add-ons in Blender and have spoken to a few of the coders to those plugins so maybe if the API would let us do deeper stuff maybe it would be possible to port those addons to CC3 and Iclone..

That would be a match made in heaven i'll tell you that so let's cross our fngers

Cheers
