I tried to create several rooms but the wall and floor textures are humongous. I know I did this very easily with IC5, but with IC7 I cannot find the way to decrease the size of the wood paneling or the concrete textures. Any help?

Go to your texture settings, select the color map, go below to where it says UV settings and adjust to taste. Make sure to check Affect All Channels so it does all the maps at once, and Lock Ratio if aren't changing a single directional dimension.
