Hello, I have been running into an issue. I have content that I created and published in the marketplace. I downloaded that content to test, and I would like to use it for myself. After I import my character into iClone... I get a watermark. Everything on the character is my own creation and I own the content as well. I do not get a watermark in character creator... only iclone.
I also checked my content and there is an export option and I redownloaded as well.
The content is in the marketplace with an export option, I have used the content before without issues.
Even when I go to active unpurchased items I get an error that my internet is not working... when it clearly works just fine.. I have been on it all day and am writing this forum post.
Here is the error when I try to export.
If someone can help me out.. that would be great. Thanks!!!
