I have a scene with four people sitting in office chairs around a table. I was wondering if there was a way to use the top half of the motions? Like, is there a way to keep them sitting and perform the animations?
I know I probably should use this opportunity to try to self-animated the scene, but while attempting that, this thought occurred to me.

You can (could) do that with "masking" in "Motion Puppet (under "Animation")...
Haven't used it for a while, but it seems broken.
With or without masking, using motion puppet made iClone crash immediately Pinch

You can actually remove motion for the other sprites.

Oops, didn't see you were talking about Cartoon Animator Blush
I was talking about iClone...
Well, at least now I found out the function is broken Wink

I had no idea this was a thing! Wow—thanks!
I go to Remove Animation, but I don't get a drop-down menu; do I need to update CA4?

Edit: Oh~ You have to right-click the Motion in the Timeline itself~ Sorry; I didn't know that.

Don't worry; that's fine. I should've added CA4 in the tags. I'm always happy for posts, regardless!
