Everything now working as expected after this patch. Cool Thank you Eric. Smile

The FT issues should be tagged as Released and not as Assigned. Leaving them as Assigned could confuse users.

Hello wires,

Thanks for the reminder!
OK, we will check with our team and correct it by tomorrow.

Upgraded today and now have extreme difficulty in opening projects I was happily working with yesterday in 7.72. The video memory size has increased from something like 0.75 (can't remember but not over 1GB)  to 2.1 and as I only have 3GB to play with I am rather pushed and somewhat frustrated! Have updated drivers, rebooted several times, etc any ideas?

Best would be to upgrade your video card because 3 GB isn't really enough.

For the moment you can set iClone to use the Quick View shader option. You can also set the Realtime texture size (in Preference) to something like 1024x1024. Both of these will limit the loading size of your projects.

You will then at least be able to load your projects. In the screen manager you can set the shading to a lower category for less important objects, which will also help. They would still be rendered normally when you export.

Thanks - will try and see what I can do as a new card is an impossibility - bleedin' Dell Alienware, so impossible to upgrade! I am sure that the requirements for iClone are still being touted as a lot lower than reality, which is a bit naughty!
