And the camera is Kinect v2 Sensor read as 1920 X 1080 ( yuy2) 30fps

And Faceware Realtime  Calibrates : yes

 and the program recognized Faceware Realtime green 

and i select the model and i press preview

  But the model does not move

What is the problem if someone can help me?
