Couple of bugs

First bug: The export option "Unreal Engine 4 Bone Axis' is causing the face to be messed up in blender. This does not happen when imported to maya.

Second: There is a single vertex that is out of place on the CC3_DH_Male_Body morph which I noticed while rigging this character. Located on both hands.

UPDATE: Just to add from the CC team, for the first issue, you should try using the Blender preset if you plan to work in Blender. The actual  issue appears to be happening on the Blender side rather than on CC side. For the second issue we will investigate this and try to fix as soon as possible if applicable.
