How to make a Cape?

Dear all,
I have made a Cape using blender and I want to add it to a character using CC3 to make it dynamic in UE4.
Can someone give me a tutorial or a hint on how to do it?

Please see the Online Manual page below which explains how to bring in clothing items to CC3. The basic steps are the same but in section 9 of the page below just choose "Cloak" as the template option.
