Is this the same one I have for iClone 6 already or was a new one made to work with iClone 7?

Hi .... This is the year 2015 one as far as I'm aware - so yes 'circa IC6' sounds right!

Thank you,I had it in my cart thinking it was a newer version.
One more question,I just got iClone 7 when Headshot came out but in the past with patience I have gotten usable results from the Kinect Xbox One and iClone 6,so will my old Kinect work with iClone 7 or do I need to use 6 to create motions.

Hi ....
The Reallusion 'Kinect Mocap Plugin' should work with iClone 7.6 or 7.7 as far as I'm aware. I had it sucessfully installed on an earlier version of iClone 7, but have since uninstalled it. But, since it's still listed on the Reallusion purchase site, which states "Required Software: iClone 6.21 PRO or above", there's no reason why it wouldn't still work with the current iClone 7 version. If you're still not 100% sure, maybe wait for another iClone member to verify with me on this ......

There is a separate plugin version for iClone 7, but if you buy the plugin you get both the IC6 and the IC7 version. I have the plugin, which I bought for IC6, and when IC7 came out the never plugin version was added to my account.
I haven't tried it in years though...

Thanks guys, I re-downloaded the Kinect plugin from my purchased account page ,but it didn’t specify if it worked for 7 but I will give it a try tomorrow.

So I was certain that there had been a separate version for iClone 7, but that must have been for something else.
I have a download for an older Kinect plugin. I think the new one was introduced for iClone 6.

That's the bit that was confusing me (since I only purchased the Kinect Plugin when iClone 7 was out) .... I wasn't even aware of an "earlier version" until I read that notice ...

I still use my Kinect (xbox 360) with that plugin. I can verify that it works on the latest iclone version.

Its the same plugin, not new.
The original release of the Kinect Mocap Device Plugin supported the "Kinect For Xbox 360" and "Kinect For Windows V1". A new version was then produced in 2015 to support the "Kinect For Xbox One" (aka Kinect For Windows V2). There have been no further updates since then but the Kinect plugin will still work with iClone 7.
