PSD FLOW ERROR

Is anyone getting the PSD FLOW ERROR? I have been using it perfectly fine, but just 2 days ago, I am unable to take my character back into the photoshop and save and update it on CA4.

i have installed the new 4.11 patch and reinstalled photoshop too, but still same issue, as it says in the log, PSD Flow Error

PSD export ghosted in stage as well as in composition mode. Can't export character or any part of it to Photoshop. There is only option to export it as a whole project, which is horrible and pixelated even at 3000px.
